🎯 Implementation
Ever showed up for something just a minute too late?
Watching a train pull away as you get to the terminal.
Chasing after a bus.
Doors close after racing to the airport gate.
Knocking on a restaurant door as they flip the closed sign.
Only seconds earlier you were wondering if you could still make it.
Then, when you realized you missed it, you stood there, disappointed.
Hindsight is always 20/20.
We look back and we think about what we could have done… what we should have done.
For me? I think about:
- The time I owned 5 BTC and used it to pay a contractor in Brazil (around 2013)
- An app idea I had, was ‘too busy’ for, only to see someone else turn it into a massive startup
- and way too many more embarrassing ones to list here..
Right now, we're at similar crossroads with AI.
A time we will look back on and either say I'm so glad I acted or I wish I acted.
Maybe you've been learning. Experimenting. Watching the demos. But hanging back.
And that's okay.
You're not behind. Not yet.
But the window for just learning is closing. Fast.
The next phase will be installing AI into your actual business workflows.
Let me show you exactly what I mean.
📊 The Gap Is Shrinking
A massive study by Babson College and Goldman Sachs surveyed 1,256 small business owners across all 50 states here in the US earlier this year.
Here's what they found:
76% of small businesses are now using AI. That sounds great. But then you read the next line.
Only 14% have fully integrated AI into their core operations.
That is the gap. Right there. 14%.
A third metric is eye opening, that 62% of business owners are touching AI but haven't installed it.
They're using it like a search engine instead of a business system, and here's why that matters so much right now.
PwC just released their 2026 AI Performance Study. The headline is stark: 74% of AI's total economic value is being captured by just 20% of companies.
It's not the Fortune 500 or the ones with the biggest budgets.
It's just the ones who made a different decision.
The companies leading the pack aren't using more tools. They're redesigning their entire workflows around AI instead of layering apps on top of old processes.
They're building systems, not stacking subscriptions. And the gap between those companies and everyone else isn't shrinking.
PwC says it's going to keep widening as the leaders scale what's working and learn faster than everyone else can catch up.
And that's why this moment is different.
Here's the context most people are missing.
Stanford's 2026 AI Index just confirmed that Generative AI reached 53% global adoption in under three years, faster than the personal computer, faster than the internet.
The fastest technology adoption in recorded history.
…
Yeah, read that again. But adoption doesn't mean implementation, because most of that 53% is surface-level.
Someone opened a chatbot, typed a prompt, maybe got a paragraph of text.
That's not a business system. That's a Google search with better sentences.
The real action is happening in a much smaller group, the businesses that aren't just using AI but have wired it into how they actually operate.
And the results for that group are not subtle.
They're building advantages their competitors can't easily copy: embedded workflows, automated decisions, systems that improve over time.
That's not something you buy.
It's something you build.
But building is not the same as working hard or coding. And this is what I can't scream loud enough for those that want to listen.
⚡️ Why Small Businesses Still Have the Advantage
Here's the part that gets me fired up.
I love helping small businesses. It's truly my favorite because there's so much untapped potential just waiting to be found.
Large companies are not winning this race by default. They're slow. Committees, approvals, IT processes, change management, legal review.
A Fortune 500 company deciding to rebuild one workflow with AI might take 8 months.
You can do it *this week.*Where big companies have budgets, small businesses have speed.
That speed is a real, compounding advantage but only if you use it and you just need to make the decision to actually start.
🧠 What "Implementation" Actually Looks Like
AI implementation isn't about having ChatGPT write your emails.
We're past that :)
It's about identifying a workflow that currently requires human time and attention, and making AI handle it consistently, automatically, and at scale.
Think about what's on your plate every week.
Lead follow-up. Client onboarding. Content creation. Newsletter production. Sales research. Customer support. Internal reporting. Proposal generation.
Every one of those is a candidate. You don't need to fix them all.
You need to pick one and start.
Just one.
That's exactly what I've been doing behind the scenes for larger creators and businesses translating AI from "cool demo" into actual operating systems.
And now I'm bringing it to you first, always, here.
👉 Ask Yourself These
- What work can AI permanently remove from my business this quarter?
- Am I in the 14% who have actually integrated AI into core operations? Or the 62% who are using it but haven't installed it?
- What's the one workflow I could rebuild this month that would create the most leverage?
Your opportunity is here.
The window is closing on easy wins, but the door to massive leverage is wide open for those who act.
I've got three ways to help you move from learning to doing, right now:

1. Build with me in Austin on June 7th
This Sunday, I'm co-hosting a 1-day immersive build lab in Austin, TX with Anna Nassery of Lumina Creative. Anna has built multiple 7-figure businesses over 8 years and has been deeply integrating AI across content, funnels, and operations.
Together, we're combining strategic business thinking with practical AI implementation.
This is not a lecture. Not an "AI trends" panel.
It's a working session.
You'll choose one of two build tracks:
- AI Website + Funnel Lab: build a customer-facing asset with live support from both of us, using AI-assisted workflows to move faster and make better decisions
- AI Systems + Agents Lab: build a practical AI workflow or backend system that removes friction and creates leverage inside your business
The room is capped at 25 people. Intentionally small.
Everyone leaves with clarity, momentum, and a practical implementation path like a workflow mapped, a system designed, or an automation started.
A few seats are left. And there are some incredible people showing up.. let me tell you.
Join me in Austin this Sunday 🔗
2. Get your custom AI Opportunity Map (only 3 spots)
If Austin isn't in the cards, but you want a clear path forward, I'm offering 3 exclusive AI Opportunity Map audits for newsletter subscribers.
Here's what you get:
- A branded report naming 5-7 AI opportunities in your business, ranked by impact and effort
- A quick-win list you can implement Monday
- A strategic-win list scoped for the next quarter
- A recorded Loom walkthrough of my reasoning
- A 45-minute 1:1 with me to pressure-test the plan
About 30-45 minutes of your time total and your report + our call is delivered within 10 days. Likely sooner.
This opportunity is built on the same 3-Layer System I've used with Lewis Howes, Jay Shetty, Jay Abraham, and Matthew Hussey.
Use code FRIEND25 for 25% off - newsletter subscriber exclusive.

3. Have it done for you
For those who are ready to move fast and want it handled, I'm opening up a few spots for direct AI implementation.
This is the behind-the-scenes work I've been doing for larger brands and creators now available to people on this list first, before I promote it publicly.
If you're interested in having me build and install these systems for you, send me a message with "Do it for me."
I'll reach out personally.
🏃 Time to Move
You're not too late. But now is the time to take action.
The businesses acting right now are building advantages that will compound for years.
The ones waiting for it to feel obvious will look back and wonder why they didn't act.
Don't let that be you.
