Here’s an example I shared when teaching an Agency recently about automating the annoying.

We love our clients, and one of the best ways we’ve created great retention at Bara Agency is by over-communicating. And while that’s great, it’s a lot of work.

It’s our commitment that every Friday, our CTO retainer clients will receive a “Friday Update” informing them of what we worked on, what we need from them, what’s coming next week and things they should know.

It’s a simple agile approach to our ongoing work, but the time it takes to create these every Friday of every week is a lot.

We built our own AI process with Bara AI 🔗 to scrape our Asana, contextualize the project, check for description changes, comments, timeline updates, tags and more and build a narrative FOR us as a draft.
